The 2K22M Tunguska is the improved variant of the 2K22 Tunguska, it is used by the Soviet Union in the Wargame series and first appeared in Wargame: European Escalation. Its name was changed to 2K22 Tunguska-M in Wargame: Red Dragon.

2K22M Tunguska is the main production model which entered production in 1990. This vehicle was equipped with 9M311M missiles and 2A38M autocannons.

It improves on the 2K22's SACLOS missles' range, replacing the 9M311 with the improved 9M311M variant. This improves the vehicles performance against ranged helicopters and slow, low flying fixed-wing aircaft, making one of the most versatile and efficient units in the game even more deadly.
