The 2e REP (2e Régiment Étranger de Parachutistes) is a French Recon Squad that only appeared in Wargame: European Escalation. This unit is its rearmed variant called 2e REP FAMAS.
History[]
Alsetex SAE-210 is a French-made concussion grenade popular with mercenaries, African nations, and the French Foreign Legion - in other words, it is not a standard issue in French army.
The grenade was described as the Alsetex version of OF F1 grenade. It is a plastic-bodied grenade with a roughened surface similar to an orange for better grip. A small amount of fragments (remnants of the casing) are produced, but the damage is largely from concussion. The weight of the grenade is 300g, of which 100g is TNT. Its fuse delay is 4s, having a lethal radius is 5m while the safety radius is 15m.[1]

Notice that 2e REP is a 5-men squad and thus vulnerable to enemy fire. Their "Training-level" is same with Chasseurs since they share the same Accuracy and HE Power for their FAMAS. Therefore, deploying this variant lacks practical senses, since 2e REP is not an assault unit and will rarely use the new weapons.
