ASLAV-25 is an ANZAC Armored Recon Vehicle that appears in Wargame: Red Dragon.
History[]
In Defence White Paper of March 1987, Australia planed to have a Cavalry Regiment stationed in the Darwin area in 1992 which needed a wheeled vehicle would be needed for the ground reconnaissance mission in Northern Australia. This was planned to be a wheeled vehicle so a competition was held between GM Canada LAV-25, the Steyr Pandur and the Saviem VAB. LAV-25 was chosen with the first 15 taken from USMC stocks. These were used in Cavalry Regiments.
