BVP-1 is a Czechoslovakian variant of the Soviet BMP-1 Infantry Fighting Vehicle that appears in Wargame: AirLand Battle.

History[]

BVP-1 was the Czechoslovakian designation for the BMP-1. Majority of BVP-1 were locally produced with the rest imported from the Soviet Union starting in 1973 and ending in 1989. These were used in the tracked motor rifle regiments along with the infantry component of the tank regiments.
