The Centurion Mk.5/2-DK is a Danish main battle tank that was first introduced in the Magna Carta DLC for Wargame: AirLand Battle.
History[]
Centurion Mk.5/2-DK was a upgraded Centurion Mk 5/2 main battle tanks which included laser range finder and night vision equipment which started in 1985. 90 Centurion Mk 5/2 were converted.
The Mechanized Brigades had 3 Squadron of Centurion Tanks in the Tank Battalion and one Squadron in the two Mechanized Infantry Battalions. Tank Battalions in Jutland Division had replaced the Centurion tanks with Leopard 1 by 1980s. While the Zeeland Brigades replaced their Centurion tanks by 1989.
Jutland Battlegroup has a Tank Battalion
The four Zealand Battlegroups has a tank squadron.
