The Dragonerne (Danish: Dragoons) are the mainstay infantry of Denmark. They first appeared in Wargame: AirLand Battle. Like most Danish infantry, they are cheap and numerous.
History[]
The Jutland Dragoon Regiment traces its history back to 1670. Each of the Jutland Division's brigades had a armored battalion from Jutland Dragoon Regiment. These armored battalion were a combined arms formation with a mechanized infantry company supporting the tank squadrons.
Danish Mechanized infantry battalion are also combined arms formation with a tank squadron supporting two mechanized infantry companies along with a motorized company.
GV M75 was the Danish designation of leased G3 from German stock.
