FV601 Saladin is an United KIngdom Fire Support Vehicle that appears in Wargame: AirLand Battle.
History[]
Built by the Alvis, FV601 Saladin is six-wheeled armoured car of the FV600 series. FV601 Saladin uses similar suspension and drive train components to the Saracen armoured personnel carrier and Stalwart Military Truck. FV601 Saladin replaced AEC Armoured Car a World War II era Armored Car in United Kingdom.
The 1960's era Armored Car Regiments and Armored Recce Regiments had Saladins in each each troop being replaced by CVRT with the last leaving active service in the late 1980s.
