Kifr C.2 is a Israeli Ground Attack Aircraft that appears in Nation Pack: Israel DLC of Wargame: Red Dragon.
History[]
Due to attrition after the Six-Day War of Mirage and wanting a quantitative superiority over the Soviet aircraft threat Israel upgraded the Nesher airframe to carry General Electric J79 turbojet due to more power and since F-4 are entering service at that time Israel received the production license. Kifr entered service in 1975 with e 101st "First Fighter" Squadron. Due to introduction of F-15, Kifr were used in a fighter-bomber role.
Kfir C.2 has been upgraded with narrow "strakes" along the tip of the nose, fixed detachable canards, and an extended "dogtooth" outer wing. These upgraded granted more combat maneuverability, reduced landing and take-off distance, and improved low-speed handling.
