Leopard AS1 is an ANZAC Main Battle Tank that appears in Wargame: Red Dragon.
History[]
Centurion Mk.5/1 was replaced by Leopard AS1 staring 1977 with first tanks ordered in 1974 in 1st Armored Regiment. Leopard AS1 and M60 were tested by Medium Tank Trials Unit during the early 1970s. These were modified Leopard 1A3 to Australian modifications. 103 Leopard entered Australian service with a mixture of MBTs, Bridgelayers and Armoured Recovery Vehicles. These were upgraded to Leopard AS1+ standard.
