M113A1 LRV is an ANZAC Armored Recon Vehicle that appears in Wargame: Red Dragon. It was rerolled into a recon Armored Personnel Carrier role.
History[]
M113A1 LRV (Light Reconnaissance Vehicle) is a standard M113A1 equiped with a Cadillac Gage T50 turret as used on the V100/V150 series of armored cars. T50 turret carried a M1919 and a M2 Browning. During the later service with the Australia, APCs and LRV is equipped with the same turret but have a different role. APCs carry dismounts while the LRV carries only the crew. LRVs were used in sabre (recon) troops of the Cavalry regiment and the recon troop of the Armoured regiment. The Cavalry Regiment has two squadron equipped with three troops of three M113A1 LRV and two M113A1 MRV.
