M150 was a intern armored vehicle equipped with TOW.
The H series Mechanized Infantry Battalion had a anti-tank section of 2 M150 in each mechanized infantry company along with three anti-tank platoon with 6 M150 in the Combat Support company.
These were used in the Cavalry Platoon and Scout Platoon in two scout section with M150 supporting a Scout M113. These vehicles were replaced by M901 ITV.
