The 29th Panzerbrigade is an armored brigade unit that the player commands in Fatal Error. They first appear surrounded and cutoff by Warsaw Pact reinforcements from Poland as the NATO offensive stalls, & are eventually relieved by the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment . Both units take part in the defense of the area until they are ordered to retreat.
Later, they join in the defense against a Pact counterattack to relieve the city of Dresden alongside the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment and the Allied Mobile Force.
