Rifleman '90 is a later era standard infantry for United States.
History[]
This unit represent the various infantry formations of the US Army ranging from the mechanized infantry mounted in Bradley IFVs or M113, Motorized Infantry of 9th Infantry and the various light formations mounted in trucks and helicopters. The Infantry squad at the time was only armed with M16s with M60 in the weapon squad of the Infantry platoon. The Automatic rifle used a M16 equipped with a bipod. The only squad that had organic M60 were the mechanized mounted in M113. Only the 2nd Armored Division among the American armored division during the late era were equipped with M113 with the rest equipped with M2 Bradley. Most of the Mechanized Division planned to be sent to Europe were mounted on M113 with the 3rd Infantry has M2 Bradley IFVs. Each divisional aviation brigade had access to a assault company of UH-1 Huey or UH-60 Blackhawks.
AT4 entered American service starting in 1987. This loadout is not realistic due the automatic riflemen getting M249 in the mid 1980s. The Platoon weapon squad replaced their M60 with M240B in 1990s.
