STROP 2 is a prototype Czechoslovakian self-propelled anti aircraft artillery that was first introduced in Wargame: European Escalation.

History[]

The STROP 2 is an anti-air variant, manufactured on a DANA chassis, which was the Tatra T-815. This was meant to replace obsolete and aging vehicles in their anti-air arsenal, which included the Praga. A prototype was completed by 1989, this was during the split of Czechoslovakia. Final models were completed in 1996 and put into service with the Czech Army. The Czech Army variant was equipped with Igla while the Czechoslovakia prototype were equipped with Strela-2M.
