The Spadochroniarze '90 is a Polish paratrooper infantry that appears in Wargame: Red Dragon.

6th Pomerania Air Assault Division was reduced to 6th Airborne Pomorska Airborne Brigade. This brigade has 4 airborne battalion 4,10,16 and 18 batalion powietrzno-desantowy.
Strategic Overview[]
Geared for high-intensity combat, the Spadochroniarze is an obvious and potent tip for an Airborne or Motorised Polish commander's spear. Like most paratroopers, they can hold their own against enemy formations for long periods of time and can cover ground much more quickly than mainline infantry like Piechota Zmech.. They are well at home in the vanguard of any assault, especially those involving dedicated infantry-killers like Saperzy (or better yet, Saperzy Szturmowi) and Formoza. As an Airborne commander, deploy in heliborne flanking assaults to smash opposition from the side. As a Motorised commander, use bite-and-hold tactics to lock the enemy down in urban areas while your allies roll up the heavy hitters.
The 1990s version of the Spadochroniarze has a few key differences to its '70s counterpart. Chief among these is possession of a much more potent anti-tank weapon that, while shorter-ranged, can easily and reliably punch through BLUFOR's strongest vehicle armour. The 90's light machine gun, the RPK-74, has a slightly inferior stabiliser and suppression rating, but a higher rate of fire and ammunition capacity to compensate. The Tantal is statistically completely identical to the Kbk AK.
