The Záložníci (Which translate to Midfielders) are the main reserve forces for Czechoslovakia, they were first introduced in the first DLC for Wargame: Red Dragon, The Millionth Mile.

History[]

For their equipment, the Pancerovka P-27 was an early Czechoslovak anti-tank rocket launcher that was designed in 1946-49 and produced by Skoda, being issued to Czechoslovak and Polish reserve units. The vz.52 rifle was a self-loading semi-automatic rifle developed by Czechoslovakia after World War II. The rifle would be at first the standard issued rifle for Czechoslovak infantry in the early years of the Cold War, but was quickly replaced by the vz. 58 with thousands of these rifles being found in many proxy wars, including the Biafran War, Bay of Pigs Invasion, Yom Kippur War and many other theatres of conflict. The rifle is then used as a ceremonial rifle with the Prague Castle Guards using chrome-finished and deactivated vz. 52s as ceremonial weapons.
